  • INGREDIENTS
    • Pudhina or mint leaves: So refreshing, lip-smacking and appetizing
    • Dry red chillies: Adds the heat and spice to the thokku
    • Pickle powder: mustard seeds and fenugreek are a must.
    • Garlic: More flavour. Who can say no to that!
    • Tamarind: Adds more zing to the thokku. If you have tamarind paste, add a tablespoon of it.
    • Jaggery: Helps balance all the tastes.
    • Salt to taste and gingelly oil to cook.
